English Way Training School is located in Pudong, Shanghai, which has about 960 students and 4 foreign teachers. It is looking for full time and part time foreign teachers from USA, UK, Canada

At English Way Training School we always:

1. limit the number of students per class to 16

2. Our students are 3 to 16 years old. Divided into classes by grade and English level.

3. Teaching assistances make the lesson plans and are present in the classroom to help the foreign teachers.

4. The school provides all necessary teaching materials and training flash cards and toys and teacher books.

5. Generally classes are held from 4£º30 pm to 8 pm on week days, 9£º45am to 7:30pm on Saturdays, And 9£º45am to 5£º30pm on Sundays. There are no classes on Mondays.

Furthermore, our contract for full time teacher includes:

1. A after tax salary of RMB10,000per month ( at most 25 working hours per week)

2. Overtime teaching at the rate of RMB150 per hour

3. A two years contract-completion bonus of RMB25,000

4. Over 20 days paid holiday

5. Help to get a working visa

6. Provide the free private apartment in a new building (won't share with others)

7. Provide free Chinese meal during the working time

8. Paid training prior to commencing teaching

9. Local pick up upon arrival

For part time teacher :

we will pay RMB150-200for each hour depending on teacher's experience.
