Taiyuan is the capital and largest city of Shanxi province in North China. At the 2010 census, it had a total population of 4,201,591 inhabitants on 6959 km©÷ whom 3,212,500 are urban on 1,460 km©÷. The name of the city literally means "Great Plains", referring to the location where the Fen River leaves the mountains. The Taiyuan NO.5 Middle School, or you may prefer to call it TYWZ, is one of the best middle schools in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province. Founded in 1906, it is also one of the oldest schools in the country, and our WZers are all very proud of it.

Teaching Positions Available in Taiyuan No.5 Middle School

In 2012, we will have positions available for AP Program Teachers. In essence, our programs will provide an opportunity for the most academically competent students to study the TOEFL, SAT and AP courses and help them gain places at leading universities worldwide. The entrance standards for students and the conditions to be satisfied for admission to the program are very strict.

SALARY GRADE: State Salary Schedule plus local supplement

Salary for Subject teacher from RMB14, 000 to RMB 18,000, and teaching director from RMB18, 000 to RMB 25,000.
