Due West Education seeks an English teacher to join our team in Beijing to support our mission of building an international high-quality education program.

Job Description: To work with the Due West Vice President for Educational Programs in designing, teaching, and supervising new educational programs for Chinese middle and high school students who are planning to attend Western high schools and universities

Salary range: RMB 15,000+ depending on experience

Requirements:

• Native English speaker

• Education: Bachelor degree required; master’s degree preferred

• Experience: 2-3 years of teaching experience. Candidates with experience teaching in China will be given preference. Candidates with ESL-teacher training and background will be given preference.

• Familiarity with and/or personal experience with rigorous and competitive academic environments

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Creativity, flexibility, and the ability to work cooperatively both within the company and with Chinese students, parents, and educators

• Cultural awareness, adaptability, and interest in China

• Strong organizational skills

• Strong work ethic and team spirit
