My goal is to assist the Chinese to improve their understanding of the English language. I created the Washington Cultural Exchange Center with the purpose of recruiting native English speakers to teach. Washington Cultural Exchange Center recruits to over 20+ cities with 60 teaching positions throughout China.

Required qualifications:

1. Must speak and write the English language fluently

2. BA or BS degree

3. Caring, honest individuals who love to work in a culturally diverse environment and share the western culture with the Chinese.

4. Submit resume, a current photo, a copy of passport, TESOL certificate and diploma.

Desirable Qualifications:

Experienced teachers. The ablity to be

bi-lingual is not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. 22 days vacation paid annually

2. Medical insurance

3. End of contract bonus for 1st year in China: 3,000 RMB

4. Single flight paid 5,000 RMB

5. House allowance: 800 RMB

6. 1-2 hours Chinese lessons weekly
