Little Seeds is a home-grown Montessori school in the heart of Beijing. Located in the Chaoyang District near the 2nd Ring Road, Little Seeds offers a bilingual teaching environment for children between the ages of 3 and 6 years.

Little Seeds is looking for a native English speaker, preferably already based in Beijing, to work in our homely environment. Applicants need not have previous teaching experience; just a willingness to learn and a love for children.

Regular responsibilities include: working individually with children with Montessori materials as per the Montessori method, holding a regular English circle, developing suitable ESL speaking and literacy materials, leading small ESL activity/class periods, facilitating outdoor playtime, introducing the lunch in English, helping maintain the classroom environment and materials, and participating in professional development.

Work hours: Full time: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Additionally, there are a few annual out of school activities, such as holiday or other family events. Part time applicants are also welcome to contact us.

Salary: 8,000-10,000RMB per month, with room to grow.
