SUNWAY INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL (SIS) is the first international school in Malaysia to offer the Ontario (Canada) Ministry of Education Secondary School Curriculum. Responsibilities:

    The Deputy Principal is responsible for working closely with students, parents, and staff to promote the well-being and achievement of students from diverse nationalities, social, cultural and academic backgrounds. This position is directly responsible for effective administration of student services, records management, curricular and extra-curricular programmes, operations and staff matters. The successful candidate will be expected to provide leadership in administration and operation matters, and help drive strategic plans.

Requirements:

•     The successful candidate will be based in Sunway International School (SIS).
•     Possess a recognised degree, preferably postgraduate degree in the field of education, business, management, or related discipline
•     Minimum 10 years of experience in the education industry, and experience in school administration will be advantageous
•     Evidence of ability to plan and implement strategic initiatives, formulate and review policies, and perform quality assurance and continuous improvement processes
•     Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills are essential
•     Pastoral and customer-oriented, with positive attitude, high integrity and ethical standards
