Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will be expected to contribute to the teaching and development of programmes. Specific responsibilities for a lecturer will include the following:

•     Preparation and delivery of lectures, tutorials, seminars and workshops
•     Acting as subject coordinators
•     Research & Development of learning materials, schemes of work as well as monitor student progress, achievement and attendance.
•     Marking and moderation of assessment
•     Consultation with students
•     Performing range of administrative functions the majority of which are connected with the subjects in which the academic teaches
•     Assist with school promotional and industry collaboration activities.
•     Maintain professional relationships with all students and able to provide pastoral care and support to students.

Requirements:

•     Candidate must possess at least a Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree/PHD qualification in Hospitality and/or Tourism Management/Mass Communication/Education/Linguistic and related areas , Chef Trainer,
•     Minimum 1 year experiences of the relevant working/ teaching experience are required for this position.
•     Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with strong command in written and spoken English.
•     Excellent communication skills in liaison with various academic institutions
•     Possesses initiative, the ability to think independently and a passion for academic excellence.
