We are looking for Full-time EFL teachers for students aged 7 to 12 starting from 25th June 2012.

• Qualifications

We are looking to recruit suitably qualified and experienced teachers for the Korean International School in Hanoi.

• Responsibilities

-Teachers use their EFL qualifications and skills to teach grammar and vocabulary, and the four skills (listening, reading, writing and speaking - including pronunciation).

- Teaching across a range of levels, ages

- Average teaching hours: scheduled up to 24 hours per week

- Working hours from 8 30 to 4 30 / Mondays to Fridays

- Planning student-centered and participative lessons while following a designated syllabus

- Administering and drawing up mid- and end of semester exams and marking students exams

- Writing student reports at the end of each month

• Minimum qualifications and experience

- University degree

- Native English speaker

- 2 years experience with teaching young learners

- CELTA or equivalent teaching qualification

- Clean police check issued within the last 3 months

- Adaptability, flexibility, and cultural sensitivity

• Other requirements

- Be available in Vietnam for at least from 25th June 2012 to 28 Feb. 2013

- Be able to meet Vietnamese regulations to obtain a work permit (you must bring your original degree and teaching certificates with you, as well as a police clearance certificate). Regulations vary for each nationality.

• Salary

2000 UDS (before tax) per month, depending on qualifications, experience and hours worked. Overtime payment, incentive bonus, Salary and benefits paid in Vietnamese Dong, tax is payable on a sliding scale, most teachers pay 20-30%

• Bonus

$ 500 paid at end of contract

• Business visas arranged by school for the duration of the contract

• Work permit covered by school

 Fully – paid leave : up to 10 days of annual leave each only on student's summer and winter vacations and up to ten days of public holidays
